All the missions of Eau de Paris, as a public company and the only water manager in Paris, are nourished by the permanent ambition to preserve water, a common good essential to humanity and the planet.

To contribute to exchanges and discussions around public water management policies, Eau de Paris sits on water bodies, at national and local level and at the scale of the Seine-Normandy basin.
The Chairman of Eau de Paris is also a member of the National Water Committee, the Basin Committee and the Board of Directors of the Seine-Normandy Water Agency.

Eau de Paris is a member of France Public Water, a network that currently brings together more than 100 local authorities and public operators responsible for supplying drinking water and treating wastewater for more than 15 million inhabitants.

Promoting public water management at European level

Eau de Paris is a founding member of the European Association of Public Utilities Aqua Publica Europea.

 

Aqua Publica Europea (APE) aims to bring together public operators of water and sanitation services at European level for the promotion and development of public water management. 


APE implements numerous joint actions in which Eau de Paris actively participates, through the exchange of best practices and the pooling of technological, scientific, environmental, societal, economic and even managerial work.
