The AA compliance level of the RGAA V4 consists of the application of the following principles:

  • Usable : “Keyboard Accessibility: Make all features accessible to mouse as well as keyboard navigation. »

Emphasis will be placed on the accessibility of forms, navigation and content, referring to the following accessibility rules:

Forms: 

  • Each field will have an associated and attached label
  • The expected formats will be mentioned before validation

Pictures: 

  • Each image will have an ALT attribute
  • The webmaster will be able to enter a textual alternative for the images carrying information (under an image carrying a large quantity of information, the webmaster will have to integrate a link towards a simple page to integrate a long description of the image).
  • The TITLE of an image-link will be STRICTLY similar to the ALT
  • Information will not be conveyed by color or shape alone

Navigation:

  • No keyboard trap (example: if it is possible to open a window by keyboard action, it must be possible to navigate in it and close it).
  • Quick access links will be present and hidden in CSS on all pages in desktop version. They will be visible on the touch versions.
